I just wanted to send a note in regards to the security program you have put into place at the San Francisco Terminal. Representatives from the California Highway Patrol and the Department of General Services have both made comments about the noticeable improvements in security.. They have also noted the professionalism of Jason Solorzano and his staff of officers. Judging by their daily activity reports your officers take a very proactive and assertive roll while performing their duties. I can’t begin to articulate how much I personally appreciate your efforts! Please extend my thanks to your security officers for their great work!
